Refund policy

We have a NO REFUND policy. All sales are considered final.

Any items purchased on sale is a final sale, which include accessories, apparel, personalized items. beauty products, lingerie Items and swimwear. Cannot be exchanged or returned.

No exchanges or returns on any personalized items, beauty and cosmetic items, lingerie and under garment items or swimwear items. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item due to our mistake, within 2 days after receipt of the order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at KYMBELLISH@GMAIL.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. And we will not be responsible. For approved returns you will only be eligible for an exchange for the same item or a gift card if we no longer have the item in stock. 

No returns will be accepted on gift cards
